Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year

XCL are offering NEW Trainee Recruitment positions in our Huddersfield branch.
As a Trainee Recruitment consultant, you will be trained in all aspects of recruitment either on Temporary desk or permanent desk.

A Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:
* Generating new sales and leads.
* Following up all potential sales leads.
* Liaising with new and existing clients.
* Interviewing and registering new candidates.
* Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies.
* Building strong candidate relationships.
* Conducting reference calls.
* Updating our CRM system on a regular basis.
* Compliance and industry knowledge.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
* A genuine desire to learn the skills required in the role.
* Excellent work ethic with an enthusiastic attitude.
* A flair in sales.
* Have good telephone skills.
* IT literate and the ability to pick up and learn new information.
* Some work experience within a customer service environment.
You must have a driving licence & your own transport as this role when trained will involve company visits.
