Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

We are looking to expand our Lincoln based recruitment team and have an opening for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Established in 2018, Clements Young have quickly established themselves as recruitment partner of choice for many Electrical, Mechanical and Construction Contractors, not just within the East Midlands, but throughout the UK. We are looking for a hard working and ambitious person with a good eye for detail to join our team, and develop through the various roles of a Recruitment Consultant, dealing with candidates resourcing roles, and managing new and exisiting client’s vacancies.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ambition and hard working attitude to build a rewarding career
• The willingness to help and assist other people in finding suitable work placements for candidates
• Great people skills
• Good computer literacy including working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as well as Google Chrome or alternative internet browser

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be given full training in your day to day role, which will include the following duties:

• Dealing with both new and existing candidates and being able to match them to roles which they may like and be suitable for, mainly within the constrution industry
• Interacting with existing clients in taking new orders, and putting forward suitable candidates you have found
• Business to business new sales calls and meetings
• Managing existing candidates and clients, and dealing with any queries they may have

Hours of work are generally 8am – 17:00pm.
