Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £42,000 per year

We are looking to expand our team with talented individuals who can contribute towards our high end service to our candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities for the Trainee Consultant:

• Building and maintaining longstanding candidate relationships
• Resourcing suitable candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
• Advertising new jobs on a variety of platforms
• Searching for suitable candidates on job boards
• Screening candidates in regards to their relevant skills, qualifications, availability, location and salary expectations
• Providing administrative support for the full recruitment process
• Talking to clients in order to become a aware of needs

• In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own person
