So, what will you actually be doing within this role?

Screening applications to your job advertisements
Qualifying candidates by telephone
Booking candidates in for interviews and assessments
Dealing with recruitment administration and clearance post offer
Liaising with BMs
Selling Connex to all potential candidates
Working in an extremely busy fast paced environmentTo apply for the Internal Recruitment Resourcer role we are ideally looking for:

someone who is already carrying out the role, or a similiar role
someone with telephone based experienced, interviewing candidates, customer service
someone with an EXCELLENT telephone mannerThe working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
