Trainee Head Hunter – £30k OTE

We are a small but fast growing private company that has doubled within the last 9 months and are looking to double again within the next 9 months. Due to our growth we are looking to find a trainee head hunter to join our team.

The role will involve a training program that allows you to become an effective Head hunter within a short period of time with the aim of becoming an industry niche specialist.

A suitable candidate will have experience in a customer focussed or sales orientated role. Prior experience in recruitment may be advantageous but is not essential.

A suitable candidate will be;

· Able to demonstrate customer service / client facing experience

· Be a good communicator

· Ambitious and financially focussed

· Be comfortable and thrive in a target driven environment

· Will be able to communicate effectively over the phone
