Trainee Growing Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

We are working exclusively with one of the largest players in the protected salad industry. Their success and business acumen has made them a highly respected supplier and employer within their sector and they now seek a driven trainee grower to join their team based in Yorkshire.

You will support the Head Growing Manager to ensure the smooth running of the glasshouse in all key aspects, with the view to quickly developing competency and therefore responsibility. This is a practical position where the successful candidate will spend a great proportion of his/her time working in the glasshouse gaining detailed technical understanding of the crop and production techniques.
