Do you have customer service and sales experience and want to start your career as an Estate Agent?

Our client based are looking for a confident, passionate, friendly and dedicated Trainee Estate agent to join their busy offices in Tunbridge wells and Paddock Wood.

To be successful in the position you will need to show the following:

– 6months plus customer service experience

– A positive and sales driven personality

– Well educated

– Excellent telephone manor

– Administration skills

For the role you will be required to:

* Dealing with online inquires

* Answering the telephone and be the first point of contact for all customers

* Negotiate offers and sales with vendor and applicant

* Co-ordinate solicitor documents

* Maintaining keys and key register

* Deal with the offer to sales progress

* Show applicants properties to match what they are looking for
