Traffic Marshall

Salary: £26,000 – £26,812.5 per year

Alandale Logistics Ltd is part of Alandale Group of Companies. We are looking for experienced Traffic Marshalls to assist on the logistical and traffic management aspects of one of our projects in Harrow on the Hill.

The role will include safely managing the movement of vehicles and pedestrians outside and within the site, assisting with the direction of traffic flows and responded to customer enquiries. You will also be required to ensure that the site routes remain as clear as possible, reducing traffic congestion on site.

PERSON SPECIFICATION & QUALIFICATIONS

* An ability to deliver excellent results

* Experienced in managing day to day site traffic operations

* CSCS

* National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPROS) or Streetworks or other recognised industry qualification.

* A proactive approach

* Ability to assess identify potential traffic and pedestrian situations/dangers within a busy construction site

* Ability to see vehicles, people and hazards at various distances

* Flexible and adaptable

* Loyal and self-motivated

* Good visual perceptual skills

* Able to stand for long periods of time

* Excellent time management skills

This role will require successful candidates to undergo DBS checks.
