Tractor / Teleporter Driver & Farm Hands – Pig Farm

Our client; a farmer specialising in pig husbandry is looking for workers to assist with the day to day operation of their two pig farms.
The role will involve you working outdoors and ideally require someone who has had experience working in a livestock farming environment previously.
The responsibilities will include; distributing pig feed with a tractor, moving pigs, fencing, maintain pig huts, strawing and checking the general health of the pigs.
Candidates who are able to operate a tractor/teleporter will receive an annual salary of £26,000per year dependant on experience.
Farm hands without tractor/teleporter experience will receive £6.70 – £7.20 and may also be trained on how to operate a tractor.
We are looking to fill multiple positions and those who can start immediately and have their own mode of transport will be favourable candidates.
This role offers the possibility of a permanent position following an initial 12 weeks for the right candidate.
