Salary: £26,000 per year

This progressive business now needs a very capable and motivated individual that will take full responsibility for all tractor-driving operations from field preparation, planting, spraying & harvesting as required. You will consider all options to raise standards, increase productivity, preventative maintenance and general machinery up-keep. Previous farm operations experience would be a distinct advantage
