Timetable Coordinator – London Independent School

Contract Type: Full Time, 6 months

Salary: £30,000p.a.

Our client, an independent international college in the heart of London, is looking for a suitably experienced Timetable Coordinator to join their successful and vibrant college.

The school, located in London’s centre, accommodates for a predominantly international student base and is part of a successful wider group of schools. There are roughly 400 students on roll and the surrounding area is spotted with well established academic institutes, historic Georgian architecture and green, leafy squares.

The successful applicant for this post will work with direction from the Vice Principal and/or the Director of Studies, to construct and adapt the college timetable. The timetable will subsequently be maintained on a daily basis, including frequent withdrawals and enrolments into subjects and classes. This is a role that requires proactive and methodical approach to problem solving and an ability to gather and analyse data in an accurate and organised manner.

Key Skills:
The candidate must be PC and IT literate including the ability to enter, manipulate and analyse data in an accurate and organised manner. They must be pro-active in their approach, highly organised, able to meet continual deadlines, energetic and enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn and acquire new skills. Software used in this role is an amalgam of Microsoft Excel (use of pivot tables), Unit-E and Magellan to produce reports throughout the year.
