Tfm Site Manager

My client is one of the UK’s top 10 support services companies who work across the public and private sectors. They are now seeking an experienced IFM Account Manager to oversee a large single site contract across the manufacturing sector.

Role details:

• Leading the onsite team for delivery of hard and soft FM services
• Recruitment and development of new senior team members
• Overseeing all P+L for the contract
• Ensure that operational excellence is achieved for all service lines ranging from technical services to cleaning, grounds maintenance and catering services
• Undertaking regular KPI analysis to ensure that all SLA’s are being met for the contract
• Working on best practise initiatives for the contract
• Managing the client relationship including regular client meetings
• Working to further develop the contract
• Reporting back to senior management team internally
• Leading any project work

Requirements:

You will have a proven track record in account management for IFM within an outsourced FM business and manufacturing sector experience would be an advantage.. Strong technical and hard services expertise is important for this role and good client relationship building and team management skills are also essential for this role.
