Salary + OTE: £26,000Basic + £5,000 Bonus between months 1-6. £2,000 p/m commission for on target earnings and this is fully uncapped and paid monthly.

Territory: North West: Greater Manchester and Lancashire
Ideal Location: Manchester

The Role:

Territory Manager selling endoscopy equipment into the NHS.
Your role will be to manage our clients North West territory. This is predominantly in the Greater Manchester area and goes up into Lancashire.
Our client is the market leader in this therapy area and the territory is currently running at 97% of target.
You will be fully responsible for managing the accounts on patch and bringing in new business.
Our client is not looking for someone who wants to sit on a good basic with a decent bonus. They want people who are willing to look at a lower basic and willing to capitalise on their extremely lucrative bonus scheme, which over 70% of their workforce are over 100% on.

The Person:

Must have a big passion to get into medical sales
Must have field sales and ideally this will be outside of the medical device industry.
Must be financially driven and be willing to work for an extremely good organisation where they offer slightly lower basic salaries, but have and extremely good and achievable bonus scheme.
Must be degree educated

The Package:

Basic – £27,000-£32,000
Bonus – £26,000 per year + £5,000 bonus within first 6 months.
