Temporary School Ict Technician

Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

This secondary school in Surrey is seeking an experienced ICT Technician to cover for a period of sick leave.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of supporting the Schools’ IT frame from configuration to installation of new software, providing 1st and 2nd line support to staff and students.

This varied role will be all things IT from maintenance to conducting repairs, advise staff on any technical issues and assist in resolving them. You will support and maintain the servers, phone systems and all technical equipment within the school.

You will be educated to GCSE level with a level 2 or 3 ICT qualification, possessing a good working knowledge of Windows Server 2016, Windows 10 and particularly Office 365 & Cloud implementations.

Experience of working with laptops, PC’s, printers & cabling is essential. You must be a team player, with a professional yet friendly attitude and can manage a constantly changing work schedule.

This role is to start on an immediate basis, subject to a successful Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
