We are recruiting for:
An experienced, professional HR Administrator to join our busy HR and Recruitment Team. This is an integral part of our team and reports into the HR Team Leader
The role entails general HR admin and Recruitment duties excluding the resourcing side, but will include:
chasing employee references, producing and sending employee contracts, using recruitment job boards to update advertising, general administration as well as answering calls.
About you:
With excellent administration skills you will be confident in your ability to deal with wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner.
You will be IT literate as well as being a sound multi tasker with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload effectively to ensure that tasks are completed on time and customers are attended to promptly.
You will have excellent administration skills, a professional manner and be exceptionally organised.
