DO YOU HAVE OUTREACH/FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER EXPERIENCE?
A wonderful fully inclusive Children’s Centre is looking for an experienced Outreach and/or Family Support Worker who is immediately available and can settle into the role quickly to support the Centre. This is initially for 4 weeks but could lead onto more.
The role will see you supporting the families and local community by ensuring the services of the centre is known and promoted. You will be liaising with multi agencies, target groups and local childcare providers so you can see where support can be targeted. You will work on family files and keep all paper work up to date.
You must have
Excellent communication skills
A passion for working with families
Sound EYFS knowledge
Experience of working in this or a similar role
Immediate availability with an up to date DBS
