Benefits: £21,000 + commsLocation: ShenstoneExcellent commission structureFree ParkingFully Office based.Company pension23-days holiday including 3 for Christmas shutdown Duties and Responsibilities: Identification of new sales opportunities via various channels.Minimum 75 dials a day.Meeting and achieving sales targets.Proactively prospecting new business and maximising sales.Following up and converting sales prospects. Skills and Experience Required: Computer literate, including a proficiency with email and MS Office.Good negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail.Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadline.An understanding of how to research and identify prospective customers.Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
