Telesales Agent – Cold Calling – Work From Home

Salary: £26,000 per year

Due to growth and expansion our client is looking for experienced Telesales Agents. With a strong commission structure in place you are able to grow your earnings, and all from the comfort of your own home!

Our client is a well-established organisation, due to current success rates and influx of new business, their sales team is growing!

With offices based in Banbury, you will be required to attend two days induction training, and once completed the role will be 100% work from home!

You will be working with a variety of different organisation on their sales campaigns and complaint processes. You will therefore be from a similar background, confident in managing conversations over the phone, as well as working along a scripted conversation in order to maintain company standards and expectations.

You will be given set targets and KPIs to work towards in order to achieve commission that can see your OTE come in at £27,000.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
* Making outbound calls to customer inquiries.
* Receiving inbound calls and responding to online inquiries.
* Following a scripted conversation ensuring standards are maintained.
* Building quick and natural rapport with the clients, in order to close sales.
* Working towards monthly sales targets.

YOU WILL BE:
* A telesales professional from a similar working environment.
* A target driven individual.
* Motivated to achieve targets to earn additional commission.
* A strong communicator with a great telephone manner.
