Telephone Researcher

Telephone Researcher – Leeds – £26,000 per year, Full time hours, 6 weeks Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a company in East Leeds for a 6 week contract as a Telephone Researcher.

As the Telephone Researcher your job will be:

* Conducting a high volume of fact finding calls on a daily basis
* Updating the salesforce CRM database with accurate information
* General administration duties

The successful Telephone Researcher will have:

* Previous experience within a telephone based role would be a distinct advantage
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good listening skills
* Flexible and hardworking
* Good customer service skills
* A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach
* Smart appearance and professional attitude
* Driving licence and own transport would be an advantage due to location
* Must be able to commit to a minimum contract of 6 weeks

What are we offering?

* £26,000 per year
* Hours – Monday to Friday between 8.30 to 16.30 OR 9.00 to 17.00
* 6 Week Contract, Full time role
* Free Car Parking
