Telemarketing Manager – OTE £50-60k – Peterborough
ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a telemarketing manager with immediate effect. Our client are a growing business that deliver Phone systems, VoIP solutions, Gigabit broadband, mobile airtime and CCTV to business across the UK, Europe and the US.
Telemarketing Manager –
As telemarketing manager, you will be responsible for setting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, training new Telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team. You should provide strong guidance and assistance to the Telemarketing team, ultimately boosting company sales.
You are expected to be able to:
• Retain and develop existing team members.
• Recruit and train telesales specialists.
• Manage a team of lead generators and appointment makers.
• Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
• Make outbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and leading from the front to help out your team.
• Ensure that your team meets all sale targets set by the business in accordance with business model.
• Report accurate KPI figures on a daily basis.
Previous experience of managing a team is required. You should have strong motivational skills and be able to provide constructive feedback to team members regarding quality of appointment booking. You should be experienced in 121 coaching, identifying improvements and delivering change. Strong man-management skills are essential, and you should be organised and highly intuitive.
