Salary: £14.4 per hour

Technical Support Officer

£14.4 per hour PAYE / £14.59 per hour Umbrella PAYE

– Providing Business Support to the team; Administration, Supporting SW’s and families, making financial Payments (for children, families and staff members)

– Supporting with consultations

– Managing the Team Inbox

– Servicing Meetings (Team Meeting, ETAC’s & Strats)

– Managing the Team Tracker/Performance Data

– Good minute taker

– Ability to work in an environment where sensitive information regarding youth violence and children at risk is the main subject focus.

– Able to utilise managers and clinical support when the context is particularly challenging such as when youth violence affects children that the team are working with.
