The company:
My client, based in a central London location, specialises in cloud managed networking that simplify enterprise IT. They are going through rapid growth at the moment, and are looking to recruit 4 Technical Support Engineers. This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to make their mark on an extremely highly regarded organisation.

What you’ll do:
• Research and resolve issues reported by customers and partners
• Identify issues suitable for entry in the Knowledge Base
• Write, review, and release Knowledge Base articles
• Work with engineering to diagnose and resolve critical escalated issues
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs

You’ll need to be:
• Knowledgeable about networking fundamentals, e.g., be able to explain the functions of, and differences among, the link, network, transport, and application layers
• An outstanding account manager, with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills
• Resourceful with high attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• B.S. in computer science or a related technical discipline (4-year degree from an accredited university required)

Are you…
• Experienced with networking products?
• Experienced in supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, or DHCP servers?
• Experienced in installing and trouble-shooting Wi-Fi networks (802.11a/b/g/n)?
• Able to multi-task and to work under pressure?
