Technical Support and Training Manager – Automotive
A fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys getting out on the road between internal sites and customer sites. The Technical Support and Training Manager will manage all elements of technical training support internally and externally to the business.
This role would suit a technically able Engineer who has transitioned away from the hands-on side of the role.
You will:
- Develop and implement business plans, strategy and cases to support the development of the training requirement.
- Liaise with external providers to support current and projected training along with product knowledge.
- Liaise with internal departments on progression of service and repair requirements.
- Manage diagnostics and equipment as required.
- Feedback any issues shortfalls and trends highlighted by customers regarding training or product.
- Be willing to travel to sites in Manchester and London as well as customer sites as required.
You must:
- Have technical experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Be familiar with, and able to demonstrate diagnostic equipment.
- Have experience providing training.
