Technical Superintendent – Lng

Working with a very large international shipping business, currently seeking a Technical Superintendent in Greece, with extensive LNG experience

With regards to the role – You will look after approx. 3/4 gas carriers – and have overall responsibility for the technical management and budgeting of the vessels when the vessel is; in service, maintenance & repairs in Dry dock (including overseeing dry dock specifications), and supporting upcoming and current new build programmes and conversion projects

As part of the role – you will be required to travel internationally, and support the other necessary internal departments, Commerical, QHSE, and Fleet Management teams

Ideal person description:
– Chief Engineer Class 1 COC Unlimited
– Strong LNG gas vessel experience, ideally with sea service as Chief Engineer, and in a shore based capacity
– Exposure to dry docks
– Mechanical Audits / Survey and inspection
– Familiar with international Maritime safety, Quality and Environmental practises
– An excellent communicator in English (Written and spoken)
