A leading Digital Marketing company in central Brighton is looking for a senior Technical Services Engineer to help support a leading SAAS application. As a Technical Service Engineer you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of Last Line support issues, Service Provisioning and software integration issues as well.

As a Technical Services Engineer you’ll be working alongside an experienced Technical Support team and have a great opportunity to learn new skills in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Key responsibilities will include resolving last line support issues, working with customers to help them integrate with the SAAS platform, work alongside hosting partners to provision servers, working alongside the customer support team to identify ‘at risk’ clients and help find new ways to resolve technical issues.

As this is a Technical role, you should have experience with the full LAMP stack (either developing on or supporting) and have some Development understanding (with PHP experience being of great use). Other skills which could be of use are experience with HTML and CSS, knowledge of SOAP and REST, experience with FTP clients and experience with PowerMTA.
