Provide support in the resolution of customer technical enquiriesSupport a culture of continual improvement within the team and wider CompanyProduct Master Files for all products manufactured by the Company; including but not limited to the generation and maintenance of: Product Specifications,Raw Material Specifications,Component Specifications,Batch Manufacturing Records,Batch Packing Records. Product development of Company liaison for development activitiesProject management (internal and external) for development projects What will you bring to the role? Excellent attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of root cause analysis and risk management tools and their applicationGood understanding of applicable regulations, standards and best practicesGood numerical skills and the ability to handle and analyse dataGood knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Minitab etc.)Communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsThe ability to vary communication styles to suit the audiencePlanning and project management skills Ready to apply?
