Technical Business Analyst – Penrith – £45k – Mostly remoteSkills: Requirements Capture, Full Project Lifecycle, Agile Projects, Use Cases, ISEB, UML, Prince 2, Project ManagementThis advanced technology company based in Penrith are looking to add a Technical Business Analyst to join an established team and work closely with the team lead to develop solutions for clients. You will be working closely with external stakeholders and the internal technical teams. Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst Working with technical colleagues to document technical processesAiding information requests from external audits and creating and owning a ‘knowledge base’ documenting how the business conducts technical processes such as Vulnerability Management, Access Recertification etc. Identify solutions to business issues and opportunitiesSupporting the Platform, IT Support and Technical Compliance teamsTo prepare system documentation and liaise with Management as required Experience & Requirements for the Technical Business Analyst Experience working with stakeholders in order to create business cases including budget requirementsExperience in understanding and documenting technical processesExcellent experience producing documentation and reports to a high standardUnderstand the phases of the development life cycle, and how they are relatedExperience working within agile and structured project environments The ideal Business analyst will be degree qualified and can manage several concurrent project and prioritise demands.
