Technical Applications Analyst

Technical Applications Analyst, £28,000-£37,000 (DOE), Glasgow

Aspirare Recruitment is currently looking to speak to ITIL v3 certified applications analysts in the Glasgow area for a permanent position with one of our prestigious clients currently undergoing progressive change within the business. You will be required to use application management software and tools to diagnose & investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports. Our client is offering the successful Technical Applications Analyst £28,000 to £37,000 depending on experience.

As a Technical Applications Analyst you will be able to demonstrate initiative to anticipate and resolve problems in systems and services. You will also be expected to coordinate installations from start to finish and working alongside 3rd party vendors when needed.

It is essential that you are experienced in providing support and service management within live technical services as you will be required to make daily contact with computer users at all levels during the implementation and ongoing support of the various applications.

Candidates will have an excellent knowledge of:

Lotus Notes (Including Lotus Domino)

Database Development

Managing Applications through changes

Patching, hotfix, upgrades and testing of applications.
