Team Leader – Supported Living

Our client provides a high quality care support service across the South West, providing 24hr support to clients living in their own homes and within supported living schemes. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Team Leaders to be based in Plymouth and Exeter.
The right candidate will be suitable qualified with an NVQ Level 3 and/or minimum of three years’ experience within the learning disability or mental health sectors.
This is an opportunity to join a fast growing business with an excellent reputation of providing high quality care. Training and support will be provided, although we all applicants needs to have experience of the following:
• Supporting clients with complex needs and everyday life skills
• Creating and managing an ever changing staff rota across various schemes
• Providing supervision and support to a staff team
• Willing to provide personal care if and when required
Hours are 37.5 per week which could include working unsociable hours. You will also be part of an on call rota.
