Creative Support is a not- for- profit national care provider of personalized services where we work to provide high quality personalised support to adults with a wide range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health, older people and other needs. We currently operate in more than 63 local authorities and have over 6000 employees.

Our Supported Accommodation in Salford provides support which is tailored to each individual’s support plan. Each tenant is supported to live in their own tenancy and to maintain their independence while receiving person centered support in relation to their physical health issues, and/or physical mobility issues.

We are currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic Team Leader who has knowledge and experience in the field of physical health issues, and/or physical mobility issues. We require a dynamic, motivated, pro-active and well organised individual who has the ability and skills to successfully lead the co-ordination and management of our supported accommodation services for these individuals in their own homes.

You will be required to have the vision and flair to lead the staff team in providing the highest standards of customer care and person-centred service delivery which meets the standards of set out by our commissioners. We work in partnership with commissioners and the multi-disciplinary team to provide a coordinated service which achieves positive outcomes for the people we support.

You must have experience in supervising and mentoring a team and must have excellent communication skills. Relevant experience and qualifications are required such as NVQ Level 3/4/5, DipSW or a management qualification.
