The Role:
You will be working within a critical part of the business, the renewal & refurbishment department. This part of the business is responsible for refurbishing and finishing devices to the highest possible standard. You will play a key role in supporting, growing and optimising this area as the company looks to scale up. The role will provide lots of opportunity to support and delight customers so they can always deliver an excellent service.

Responsibilities:
- Testing, upgrading and refurbishing large number of Computers, Laptops, Tablets and Phones to the highest possible standard
- Perform preliminary functional test to reproduce fault(s)
- Asset logging IT equipment and laptops
- Meet department expectations for volume and quality of devices being processed
- Meet daily expected output targets
- Respond to customer service requests
- Ensure devices are prepared to good standard for dispatch and delivery
Key Skills:
- Installing Operating Systems, drivers, performing maintenance and device upgrades
- Performing secure and professional erasing of data storage mediums
- Good level of knowledge of IT equipment and services
