Salary: £30,000 – £34,800 per year
Our client a global Energy and Financial trading company are looking to recruit a Team PA/ Team Assistant. You will work closely with the Facilities Team and the Office Manager to provide an exceptional service to your internal customers.
You will provide travel and diary support in addition to be the first point of contact for Facilities and Health and Safety issues in the team. You will provide inductions for news starters and become involved in a variety of projects including roll out of new technology and IT.
Strong administration skills and experience of working in a large organisation especially with exposure to facilities is especially sought.
