Supply Desk are pleased to announce that we are currently recruiting for Welsh Medium Teaching Assistants in the Primary sector in the South Wales area. Interviews are available immediately for a variety of positions as day-to-day supply, maternity cover and long term placements.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants with the following skills:
– Ability to teach bilingually
– Experience of working within Welsh Medium Primary schools
– Relevant childcare qualifications such as CACHE or similar
– Current knowledge of the National Curriculum would be advantageous
– Good standard of general education, particularly literacy and numeracy
– Enthusiastic and passionate towards working with children and supporting learning in the classroom
– Strong organisational and behaviour management skills
– Experience of working with SEN students would strengthen application but not essential
The job of a teacher is both challenging and ever changing. Newly qualified teacher (NQT’s) and experienced applicants are welcome to apply for this position. Rate of Pay: up to £114per day, negotiable dependent upon experience
