Teaching Assistant – Mk / Northants Based Academy

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to provide learning support to students across the school.

Teaching Assistant
To commence asap

NJC Grade D, points 10 – 12 (Actual Salary: £26,000per year)
27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, flexible working.

Applicants should have an interest in flexible learning methods, and a commitment to promoting self-esteem. Experience of working with young people in the 11 – 16 age range would be an advantage but is not essential. A good standard of literacy and numeracy, GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English, alongside a further degree level qualification are required for this post.

Training and support will be given.
