Salary: £39,101 – £43,354 per year

Milton Keynes College is seeking a highly experienced, innovative and outstanding teaching and learning practitioner to join an established Improvement and Innovation Leaders Team that is committed to providing outstanding Teaching, Learning and Assessment. We are looking for someone with proven outstanding practice along with the ability to provide highly effective CPD activities and coaching to support the development of other staff.

As a successful candidate you will have:

• Evidence of being an outstanding and innovative practitioner supported by grade 1 lesson observation records
• Proven experience of developing staff, sharing good practice and implementing innovative models to share and take good practice forwards
• Experience of identifying, developing and sharing resources focused on teaching and learning
• Effective coaching skills to support colleagues and drive improvements in teaching, learning and assessment.
