The Role – Teaching Assistant

This Teaching Assistant role is to work with children who have SEN and require additional support emotionally, physically, and academically. As a Teaching Assistant you will be working 1-2-1 and in small groups it is crucial that you are able to manage challenging behaviour and remain calm in high pressured situations. The ideal Teaching Assistant will have a nurturing approach whilst setting boundaries.
