The Role

As a CSR Specialist, you will work in the UK&I CSR team supporting initiatives across our three key pillars: Education & Skilling, Client & Employee Engagement, and Community Outreach & Partnerships. You will be a contributing team member supporting the successful execution of CSR projects.

Support CSR initiatives including the TCS Sustainathon for UK&I.
Support our Employee Volunteering Programme by identifying relevant activities and keeping system updated.
Track and report on our Employee Volunteering Programme and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive this initiative.
Assist with Thought Leadership events by organising guest speakers and marketing of the events.
Work in collaboration with business teams to help them deliver on their social value plans and involve in other ad-hoc CSR projects.
Ensure GDPR compliance in CSR activities and review our data records and practices.
Create and update presentations and articles on CSR activities for client meetings, internal meetings, and stakeholders.
Assist the team with data and reporting and liaise with new vendors to be able to set them up correctly in our system.
Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure payments of invoices.
