The Role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will work closely with third parties, interacting with many of our stakeholders to resolve platform issues.

Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve front line production support alerts and tickets.
Monitor high traffic systems responsible for Apple Pay operations including applications, containers, middleware, physical hardware, and databases.
Have a systematic, test and measure approach to continually improving operations and monitoring.
Understand Web Service API’s, Internet architecture, & common client-server technology stacks.
Provide a high level of customer experience to our internal and external stakeholders.
