The Role

As an IT Procurement officer, you will be responsible for managing the IT procurement for entire EMEA, by gathering and understanding the requirement from various business/account teams. You will discuss and negotiate thoroughly with the suppliers and OEM in the better interest of organisation. Your role will include validation of requests in system, contract validation, coordination with account and suppliers, purchase order processing, delivery tracking, payment process and vendor management.

Responsible for procurement of hardware, software, network links/hosting services for various projects within TCS.
Negotiate with suppliers,
Discuss with vendors / OEM partners for understanding the solution, cost, and technology.
Understand each vendor contract in terms of termination clause, billing, SLA, etc.
Create purchase order, invoicing acceptance and asset management.
Timely AMC renewal.
Asset management and asset reconciliation for all the IT devices within the region.
Monthly and Quarterly report for the Capex and Opex expenses for all the IT devices been procured.
Conduct annual maintenance contract for hardware, software, and network devices.
Carry out monthly and quarterly vendor meetings to the services and new technology review plans.
Conduct vendor performance reviews.
