Tax Supervisor

Ambipro Recruitment are looking to recruit for a Tax Supervisor for their client in Manchester.

Reporting to the Head of Tax you will be responsible for managing a small team and supporting the Head of Tax in managing a portfolio of SME’s and Owner Managed Businesses.

My client will consider candidates qualified by experience and those holding formal qualifications.

To be considered for this role candidates must have the following:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in practice
• Tax advisory experience – Report Writing, Tax Planning, R&D, Re organisations
• Experience of dealing with HMRC enquiries
• Managerial/ Supervisory experience
• Understanding of Payroll and P11D preparation
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT Proficient – SAGE and Xero accounting software
• Understanding of statutory accounts disclosures
• Providing training in 1:1 or small groups

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours per year. The salary will be in the region of £42,000 – £48,000per annum dependent on experience.
