Salary: £33,600 – £37,200 per year
Systems Trainer / Software Trainer – £28 – 31K plus bonus plus excellent benefits
The successful candidate must have experience in systems training and compiling manuals and will be responsible for the delivery of instructor-led training at both training suites and Client sites on bespoke software.
Please only apply if you have experience of delivering training on bespoke software to groups of people.
Design, development and maintenance of training material to meet business objectives.
Evaluation of training provided through course evaluation sheets.
Maintaining personal proficiency in both current and new product rollouts.
Design and maintenance of training material, creating relevant exercises and examples.
Distribution of evaluation sheets in order to assess quality statistics, appraise and submit recommendations.
Coordinate on-site training requests with Clients and ensure that the training meets their specification.
Maintain the training database to ensure effective course administration.
Completion of documentation for billing after the course if appropriate
