Systems Administrator – Planon / Mobileiron

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Systems Administrator to join a brand new team on a 3 month contract with the option of going permanent afterwards.

The role involves working closely with the IT Project delivery team to help support an integrated Workplace Management system (IWMS).

You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support for system administration, configuration and product support, whilst also taking ownership and support for project software platforms and mobile devices. Ideally you will have knowledge around the Planon IWMS platform (Java and web client) along with Atlassian Confluence and Mobile Device management (MDM) platforms.

To be considered for the role candidates must have the following experience:
– Minimum 4 years of experience
– Testing – An eye for detail, able to effectively manage defects from logging through to resolution and retesting.
– Strongly desirable to have previous experience with IWMS Systems, Planon in particular.
– MDM – must have previous experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, specifically MobileIron.
– Desirable to have previous experience with the Atlassian JIRA and Confluence online system collaboration tools.
– Hardware Support
– SQL administration
– Must have worked within an ITIL framework
