System Administrator

Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday

PAYE Rate: £26,000 per year

Hours: 9am – 5pm

Igloo has an exciting opportunity for a systems administrator in the Coventry area. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work within one of the leading automotive companies within the UK.

The Role:

You will be working on but not limited to:

• Managing transport bookings through a complicated IT system.
• Basic admin duties (such as: answering the phones, managing emails, responding to queries, filing & scanning)
• Full training will be provided

What kind of person we are looking for?:

• Previous admin experience is required
• Previous experience of working within transport sector is desirable but not essential
• Competant computer user and have the ability to pick up new software packages
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised as well as being a team player
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet any tight deadlines
• Must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
