Salary: £26,000 per year

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITY IS NECESSARY – but not just a paid work setting it can be family or voluntary.

Full Time – Setting – Adults with Learning Disabilities – Supported Living

ABOUT THEIR PROJECTS….
You will be working in one of our clients fantastic Supported Living Project in and around the West London, Edgware Rd, Kilburn, Maida Vale area. You need to live close to one of these areas.

WHO WILL YOU BE SUPPORTING…?
People who are independent, fun, very active and enjoy a variety of activities – they love attending music events in Hyde Park, karaoke and TV shows! Also people with complex needs, wheelchair bound who enjoy days out to the park etc.

You will need to manage your time effectively between providing support to everybody in a planned way.

There are personal care requirements for the individuals at this service, as well as providing person-centred support to them around fun activities in and out of their home.

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION:
Following their exciting re-structure, this innovative London-based organisation are looking to appoint a number of permanent full time Support Workers for their excellent services, to provide person-centred, highly individualised care for the people they support. They have a very supportive team with good career prospects and their commitment to their staff is second to none.

They want people of have a passion for working with people with Learning Disabilities, and the core values, ethics and personal attributes that enable you to provide outstanding care and support with compassion, patience and a person-centred approach.

HOURS AND SHIFTS: Full Time 37.5 hours a week – will include Sleep In’s which are paid £26,000in addition to salary
Are worked on a rota basis.
Early shifts – 7.30am – 2.30pm
Late shifts – 2pm – 10pm
Weekends – on a rota basis
Sleep ins – Sleep-in

You must be flexible as to when you can work and make yourself available at all times on a Rota basis
