Support Workers Required in Jan 16

Prospero Teaching are currently looking for support workers to work with young adults with learning disabilities in residential and outreach settings.
Roles available all over London

This is an exciting opportunity for strong, enthusiastic and highly motivated staff who have experience with young people with challenging, complex and diverse needs and who preferably have some knowledge of autistic spectrum disorders and Asperger’s syndrome and a variety of other needs.

The ideal candidate will:
*Clear communication skills
*Be flexible in their availability
*Be a strong resilient character
*Be self motivated
*Have a caring and calm attitude and empathy with Young people and young adults.
*Have an ability to manage challenging behaviour
*Be able to drive and have access to a car would be advantageous

Rates are variable and based on an hourly rate

Prosper Teaching requires you to have a fully enhanced DBS check, minimum of two references to cover a period of 5 years, plus a face to face interview.
