What does a Support Worker do?

As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will contribute to the people we support, living a more fulfilling and happy life.

At this service we support with the below;

Supporting people to live happy and fulfilling lives – budget management, paying bills, house work, organising and attending appointments and cooking delicious healthy meals.

Personal care – helping people to get ready for the day and assisting with bathing, showering and using the bathroom.

Community & Social Inclusion- Supporting people with learning disabilities to access and participate in their local community and Social events to promote life skills and independence.

Supporting people to develop their skills.

Shift patterns tend to be following – 7/8am – 2/3pm or 2/3pm – 9/10:00pm
