The Children’s services they provide are very specialist and they are dedicated to their staff and the children/young people in their centres. They try to be as independently focused as they can by taking a personal approach, tailoring each pathway as best as they can to suit specific needs.

The opportunities vary depending on what is closest to yourself and what you ideally want within a role, some centres are mixed gender, schools, residential and all of them offer care for different age ranges.

There are numerous opportunities available and candidates must have a Level 2/3 with Children and Young People – or equivalent.

Each role can be flexible in regards to salary, hours and the initial contract – you will receive excellent training opportunities to develop yourself further, along with many great benefits. There is an hourly rate and then each sleep in carried out you will receive an extra £38.4.
