Eden Brown Synergy have an exciting opportunity to join a leading Housing Association based in the Bradford area as a Support Worker.

As a Support Worker, you will be working with a number of outstanding individuals within residential and supported living settings around the Bradford area.

You will support the customers with their day to day duties where required including personal care, meal preparation and activities whilst helping and encouraging them to maintain independence. You will also accompany the customers on outings of their choice and appointments. Administrating medication is also required.

Working hours consist of AM/ PM/ Night and Sleep in Shifts which also run over weekends. You are not required to be available for all these shifts.

You must hold current certificates that comply with the common induction standards including training in Positive Behaviour support or equivalent, Epilepsy and Medication. All your certification must be current and in date.

Experience of working as a Support Worker and with vulnerable people is essential towards this role and you must hold a current enhanced DBS.
