You’ll be joining a team of 3 Support Engineers who will help you build on your existing skills. There is a big push on growth over the coming years and this is the beginning of it. In 5 years’ time they plan to be 3x the size so this is the perfect chance to join early and make your mark! The Role This role is very much open to those with prior experience or are looking for their first role with the tech industry. Character and personality are vital for this role as you’ll be speaking to customers on daily basis, being the first point of contact for them at what can be challenging times for them within their businesses. You’ll need excellent customer service experience and problem solving skills as you’ll be dealing with a range of both complex and less complex problems. There’ll be a wealth of on the job training and plenty of progression opportunities making it a great role for any aspiring IT professional.
