TQR are working closely with our client ‘Actavis’ to recruit an exceptional candidate to join their Demand Planning & Supply Chain Team as a Supply Planner for a 6 month fixed term contract working on an integration project. About The job…

The Supply Planner will compile and build relevant reports for management review from raw data into manageable formats. This is to provide support analysis to functional leaders and management. These can influence changes that result in improved forecast accuracy, inventory levels, customer service levels and profitability. Establish, maintain, and utilise planning and communication tools to be able to accomplish the above. Support the Demand Planners in the development of the monthly demand plans and Supply Planners in the development and execution of replenishment and supply plans. The day to day role will include:

• Interacting with all parts of the business and understanding the role demand planning plays within this for Domestic and International demands
• Manage the integration of information between various systems as well as ensuring the integrity of master data
• Confidently discuss data with management and the process gone through to come to conclusions
• Provide expertise for complex statistical modelling analysis
• Measure and report forecast accuracy at customer, market, and product levels
• Maintain the use of forecast error data to quantify inventory strategies required to meet customer service targets
• Purchase Order Management
• Produce management reports as requested
• Ensure Service Level targets are met
• Input into the S&OP process on a monthly basis.

The Right Person …

• Basic understanding of MS Access and/or database extracts
• Significant Excel experience, in accessing, manipulating and analyzing data
• Superior analytical skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and can see the “big picture” while still paying attention to the detail.
• Possess the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Capable of presenting information to all levels of management with supporting analysis and assumptions.
• Experience within Supply Chain
• Prior use and understanding of ERP systems
• Excellent organizational skills

Benefits / Package…

• 6 month contract: Salary: £26,000 – £36,000per yeardependant on experience
• Monday – Thursday 08.30 – 16.30 & Friday 08.30 – 14.00
• 27 days holiday + bank holidays per annum, Pension Scheme, Healthcare Scheme, Subsidised Restaurant, Car Parking.
